Returning home from the Global Microbiome 13 at The Hague,

My heart is full of gratitude. It was an honour to stand among researchers, clinicians, and pioneers who truly speak the language of data, dedication, and change.

To introduce our Demographic Study—rooted in six years of lived experience, mentorship, and unwavering vision—was a proud moment. Even more affirming was hearing again and again:

"Gut health is the future."

💡 The science is there. The data is growing. And slowly, the shift is happening.

We move forward quietly, respectfully, and with purpose—especially as we begin working alongside Ulster University to raise awareness of what’s possible when lived experience meets research excellence.

This is for the children. For the families. For those who have been dismissed, delayed, or disbelieved.

And while I can’t say everything just yet, know this:

We are closer than ever. The mission is real. And we’re not stopping now.
